Anti-Inflammatory Twist
Since you often focus on anti-inflammatory cooking:
- Use avocado oil instead of vegetable oil.
- Choose a barbecue sauce without high-fructose corn syrup.
- Add fresh rosemary and thyme to the marinade.
- Serve with:
- Grilled zucchini from your garden
- Coleslaw made with olive oil vinaigrette
- Roasted sweet potatoes
- Fresh tomato and basil salad
The combination of smoked beef, fresh herbs, colorful vegetables, and healthy fats creates a meal that is both satisfying and aligned with your anti-inflammatory nutrition philosophy.
